Ayam Taliwang is one of the typical culinary Sasak tribe in Lombok East Nusa Tenggara and Recently Ayam Taliwang  crowned as a special food of halal area, this award is given by Pesona Indonesia as the pioneer of Indonesian tourism. Characteristic of this Ayam Taliwang  is processed chicken is savory and tender and spicy seasoning pervasive.

 

Ayam Taliwang meat texture is very soft so it is easy to tear. Roast chicken is more delicious when added with a delicious Sambal Palapah with a flood of coconut milk. This watery sambal is a typical Ayam Taliwang sauce. The spicy flavor is not derived from Sambal Palapah but the dried chilli spices and chillies of Lombok are smeared at the burning.
If you are not satisfied, after eating Plecing Kangkung and Ayam Taliwang , you can also taste Beberok.
